I chose a Wyndham property because they are usually known for excellence. This was the exception. The area was not safe, the parking was limited, the room didnât have a night light or hair dryer that worked and the entire place smelled of stale cigarettes. Not in my plans to return and I will ne more careful of Wyndham properties in the future
The hotel was nice enough and clean for the price. The staff was very friendly. The building seemed safe, there were some slightly questionable things in the immediately surrounding areas.
Well the hotel overall was clean but the wifi was terrible and the TV DID NOT WORK. I was told that someone would be down to fix it. The person who supposedly went to see about it told the clerk that it work fine. But when we got back to the room it still wasn't working. I think he was sent to the wrong room but none the less we were not satisfied with our stay.
There wasn't a mirror in the bathroom. You could see where it had been but wasn't there. There was a six inch ramp that was at the entrance to the bathroom to accommodate uneven floors. The toilet was only about 16 inches from the floor. The carpets were filthy both in the room and in the halls. The refrigerator was nearly falling over whenever you opened the door. The pillows were the size of a couch pillow. It was my fault that I didn't research better. I wouldn't ever had stayed there. The only redeeming qualities were Rich the shuttle driver and the bed was comfortable.
