Mattresses are super dirty. Bed coverlets had somebody stepped on them with their shoes. Got pictures. I have another picture of cockroach on the wall. Could not sleep all night because of a car alarm that kept going on and on... I called the office, I heard it once after my call and then it stopped. I assumed they were hearing it and dealing with it but apparently not. Definitely not staying at this place again and since I had a very bad night sleep, I believe something needs to be done since the basic service was not delivered. The breakfast is pathetic, don't bother!

The Internet did not work properly, I had a iron board but no iron, I had to get a new key card multiple times bc the previous one kept getting deactivated (and no, I did not have it near my phone).
