This hotel is very outdated. I was not happy. Everything is old and rundown. My bathroom had a leak that I listened to all night, and the tub drain was clogged and would not allow the water to go down. Tables looked a tad greasy. I did not feel comfortable staying here but it was far too late to search for another hotel. It was unlike other Doubletrees I stayed at in the past.

It was an okay stay

The tub in the bathroom was not the cleanest, and the walls in the hallway were scratched up and damaged. There was a burn in our carpet. Just not up to my standards. The service at the front desk was good. She was very friendly. The bedding was clean so that is what mattered most.

Disappointed on the visit

The poor guy at the reception was understaff based on the events that were happening in the space. The bathroom was not clean and the carpet was old, definitely not what you expected for a premium pricing or double tree standards as whole.
