It was quite and welcoming by the staff; however in only stay one night the appliances eg. air conditioner and machine etc had dust on it. Got Back to the room too late to call room service had a early flight out next morning.

The hotel was very noisy, very thin walls. The front desk was not accommodating of friendly. One of our pillows had blood that looked very recent on it. After multiple failed calls to the front desk I went down and asked for new pillows. They said we would get them and never did. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless it is the very last option. I will be reaching out to Raddison to seek a reimbursement for this.

Abomination at the Radisson

We were checked into a room that wasn't a room that they were supposed to check anyone into and the next day treated us like we were homeless and never purchased a room there. The TV didn't work in room 216 and the staff pretended not to remember us when we asked for a shuttle lift to the airport that was apart of our room service deal.

Gross- do not stay

Do not stay here, so gross. When we walked in the room there was something smudged on the way to the left. There was mirror to the right that had smudgy finger prints and lip, kiss marks all over it. The bathroom had plumbing issues- the shower and sink drained very slowly. The toilet would sort of flush but only the water would go down. There was hair behind the bathroom door. Also the kitchen was closed for renovations, not that I would eat there any way.

The property and room were fine to spend the night before going to the airport. But the lack of a dining room or facility was terrible since I was there because of a snowstorm and the walk to the hotel next door was difficult. I had to rely on the few items in the deli case. I understand this will be fixed soon and that is great.
