The toilet bowl and the sink were clogged till water running very slow. Very limited amenities. I will need up didn’t take shower at all because got never enjoy the bathroom there.

This property seems to be owned by folks from India and they were not the friendliest or cleanest. Person at the front desk very rude. Didn’t feel welcome ignored our questions. Gym machines filthy. Every glass, elevator seemed they have not been cleaned in weeks. Finger prints grease streaks all over. Didn’t feel safe. Felt like they (employees) were following me everywhere. Employees seems to live at the hotel. They were gathered at the front desk, wont acknowledge anyone. One of the employees was hanging out outside hotel room with a friend or family member. I thought I could access first floor through stairs, but no I saw this kid who didn’t understand English ran to her mom when she saw me and saw a bunch of them there at the kitchen cooking their breakfast. Hotel front desk said they don’t serve breaksfast. Another reason why made me think they live at the hotel. All good but they need to work on their customer service

It is a great hotel, that was probably amazing to stay at in its day. Clean and a lot of nice things. But has been run down. It does not offer many amenities that it once did. Old tvs in many rooms, broken down ice makers, a pool that is half full and algae at bottom. Broken lamps. More I could list. It would be a grear place to start a hotel. Won't go back.

We arrived shuttle bus pick up point at around 10pm, called the hotel frond desk for shuttle pick up and nobody answer the phone. I called 4 times and waited for 20 minutes and still nobody answer the phone. End up I have to uber to the hotel, When I asked the front desk staff for the reason of not answering the phone, he said he was busy. But actually there was no other customer arrived hotel at that time.

1st 5 min in room I washed my hands and the sink filled immediately and took forever to drain, toilet flush handle fell apart when flushed, loose toilet seat, 1 of 2 elevators out of order and every night I got back to the hotel from working the key card didn't work so I had to go back down to the desk for them to reprogram it.
