I've always loved staying here because I've found the rooms to be very relaxing. As someone who does not gamble, comfort is what I'm looking for in a hotel. If you're looking to gamble, you might not care about the comfort amenities in the room. Nice bathtubs, quality bedding, and usually there are robes and slippers in the room. My room did not have those, and when I asked about them, it took so long for them to come (2 hours) that I had gone to bed. They left them on the floor outside my room for me to find this morning when I was leaving. The room was still clean and nice. I also was not given my VIP perk.
