I didnt get a chance to stay. Due to bad weather (bluzzard conditions) had to leave early with my transportation. Im not one to complain, room appeared to be clean the night before under a different reservation same hotel. Middle of night had to kill 2 beetles in shower also black spots which appeared to be mice droppings in bathroom had planned on changing rooms the next morning, however due to weather alerts decided to head back to chicsgo before storm hit. Called back for a credit for the room i paid for was told could not receive refund or credit. Left bad feeling for me. As of today wiil NEVER stay in another choice hotel (especially Quality Inn)
