Some of the rooms have beds and pillows which are much higher quality and much more comfortable than others. Staff is always amazing here. Check in is always fast and easy. Would like to see all rooms with same quality bedding in each. Very clean rooms! Will stay again.

Shower needs improvement

The shower has a very weird concept. It’s completely open on one side which causes to get water everywhere. Otherwise it was a nice cozy stay.

We reserved a 1-bedroom king suite, only to be told at check-in that it was no longer available. Instead, we were offered a double queen room because “others beat us to it.” Terrible customer service. We won’t be returning.

I stayed there 2 nights everything was good until the next day I came back to the room at 3:00 pm and found out that they didn’t clean the room .. no towels.. no coffee.. no water bottles.. I the front desk they said the house keeping left for the day and they can’t do anything.. I said at least send us towels they said ok .. I went down to the pool for couple hours and came back to the room still no towels.. moreover, while I was on my way to the pool saw house keeping carts in different floors still working . Hopefully they fix this issue .. the hotel has a big opportunity to be one of the best in metro Detroit .. they only need good staff..

The room was very nice and clean! The outside is a little deceiving when you arrive but once you enter it is very nice. They are still renovating certain things like the elevators still need to be done, laundry area, and parking lot. The rooms however were nice. It was a little unorganized at check in as they gave us 3 rooms that were not available, but they did upgrade us for the inconvenience.

I booked my trip last minute however I was very impressed with the hotel! Staff were very friendly and I had the opportunity to check in early from asking. Hotel was bigger than I expected, the stay was quiet at night just keep in mind it’s by the airport. Easy to get onto the highway for what I was doing, a few food options nearby. Would stay here again!
