Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check-out is on or before 11.00 am. Cleaner will be there at 11am to prepare for another guest. Please close all blinds. Ensure all windows, doors are locked.
Please throw trash away in trash bags and put in the large trash can outside the house. Please do not leave trash in the house. Turn off all interior lights but leave exterior lights on
Please lock up, leave the keys in the lockbox, scramble the codes, flip up the combination dials’s cover and wear the ziplock on the lockbox. Notify host of your departure
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

PLS, DO NOT SMOKE IN THE HOUSE. Any evidence of smoking in the house (odor, ashes,cigarette butt,weed parts, etc.) will attract a $250 penalty charge.
Lost keys incur a replacement fee of $100 per key Please take care of the furnishings and do not rearrange furnitures. $50 per extra guest per night
PLEASE DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING EXCEPT TOILET PAPER. If we have to unclog the drain during or after your stay, due to this, it will attract a $250 charge
