The receptionist need more training on hospitality. There was a tall fair skin young woman I spoke to about the pool area she had not very nice attitude. Was not really hospitable. Everyone else was very helpful. The pool area seemed unkept. There were dirty clothes on the floor by the towels. The headboard in my room was worn and there was white residue on the side of the couch in my room.

My room was fine and smelled stale, but the hallway leading to the parking garage smells like dead body and looks like a horror scene. We paid extra to checkout late and had someone walk into our room twice before checkout and there was no knock either time. The lady who checked me in wasn’t very nice or considerate. I was all ready to check in she said she needed to log in and checked someone in before me who just walked up straight to the counter and the lady after me took even longer because she was having a personal conversation with them. The parking is so suspect but I do feel that you should let people know prior to staying that they’ll have to pay for parking regardless of whether or not they use valet. overall I won’t be coming back.

Entering the room it gave a very dark hello. Once inside entered the restroom where I was hit with a strong order of urine. Happy I wore my Meta glasses to record. The furniture was a mess with strange stains on the couch and dresser. The bed had old fur ball blankets but here’s the kicker filled with months of old human facial and skin hair on the mattress. This room used to be great for the price but now not only is it outdated but very disgusting.

There was a black gentleman that helped me find where to park in the parking garage. I believe he was the concierge. This is when we checked in. He was super friendly and super helpful. The biggest thing Is that the room was gross. Dirty. Dust bunnies hanging from the ceiling. The room they put us in was like a conference room and that it had doors on both sides to other rooms and they were loud. It felt like our room was a conference room and a gross one at that. We stayed at a Westin but it felt like a freaking best western. One of the worst hotel stays ever especially for the money.
