We will stay here again

Hotel was genuinely nice. The staff was friendly (English speaking staff) and beds were comfortable. My only gripe is how long it took to release the incidentals hold on my card. But it's not worth lowering the rating over.

Sweet hotel

This is a great hotel. Very clean, very modern, staff was super friendly. Not to mention the convenience in location. Close to food, shop and entertainment. Definitely will stay here again when I’m town.

What I didn't like was the lousy pillows, the noisy air conditioner, and I had to verify the quietness policy with the front desk. They offered me to move or the party making the noise to calm down which they finally did.

Hotel is lovely. New. Very clean. Pillows on the bed look and feel like they’re 20 years old. Lumpy and squish down to nothing. But rest of hotel is great. Love the foosball tables in the lobby!
