The front desk girl was extremely rude when we arrived and we had to ask for the manager. We got a king size bed room, for me the mattress wasn’t comfortable, got a back pain the whole time we were there. Someone had puked on our floor by the elevator on Saturday afternoon and by Sunday when we were checking out, (around 11am), it was still dirty. I wouldn’t stay there again.

The bed was very uncomfortable and hard. It was questionable on if the sheets were new because it was very wrinkly. Mold growing in the shower and the door protective stripping. Walls also need to be cleaned in the bathroom. First time at a Tru not sure that I’d do one again. They do allow you to pick a room at check-in on line which is a PRO.

I was excited to stay at this hotel to explore the area and swim with my daughter, but unfortunately when we got to our room and checked the beds, it was absolutely GROSS. There were crumbs everywhere and the bed frame looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. I always check the mattress and bed when staying at a hotel, and this one was just disgusting. We immediately decided to leave. Thankfully, Expedia was incredibly helpful and issued us a full refund without any hassle, huge thanks to them for making the process smooth during a frustrating situation. I will say the front desk woman was very kind and understanding, and I appreciated her professionalism. But overall, I was extremely disappointed in the room cleanliness and wouldn’t stay again.

We appreciated the clean, modern interior, the complimentary breakfast, and the pool. The parking lot isn't the most accessible, as the hotel is situated behind other businesses, and wasn't completely clear as to how to get to the Tru lot.
