Gut: Sauberkeit
The house itself is in a great location. The back yard, pool, porch and overall size of the house was perfect for what we were looking for. The washer and dryer were extremely convenient and the more open floor plan make it very comfortable for large groups. We loved the large kitchen and spent a lot of our time on the porch. There is also a restaurant within a 3 minute walk that has a nice atmosphere and outside, pet friendly patio that we went to multiple times. Unfortunately there are some issues we ran into. The bedroom listed next to the game room on the ground level is basically unusable as it smells heavily of mold and mildew. We ended up not being able to use it at all and had to rearrange the rooms in the main area to accommodate our group. Also, the water pressure in the two ensuite bathrooms are connected to the bathroom in the hallway. If someone is in the shower in one of the other bathrooms and someone flushes the toilet in the hallway bathroom, the water shuts completely off in the shower briefly and has to heat up again. It is very obvious that this house was bought and turned into a rental property as there are essentially no closets.
