Hope they're able to get the breakfast juice/water machine working, the yogurt dispenser instead of individual containers wasnt something I was interested in. Short version just go to McDonalds.

check in staff did not seem to be overly helpful. I had booked a king bed and when I arrived, they informed they only had two queens. The individual checking me in understood my frustration, but really did not do much more than that. When arrived at the room, which was a pet friendly room there was kibble at the outside of the door.

We stayed in this same exact room about 1 month ago. I didn’t rate it as well because the room smelled bad. This trip the room smelled much better. The room was very clean, but the amenities leave a lot to be desired!! The shampoo and conditioner bottles have very little in them, and the blow dryer didn’t work. But, if you just need a clean, comfortable room to sleep and shower in, which is what we did, this is a great value.

The room was clean and quite spacious. Breakfast was the usual... I booked on Expedia which leads you to believe that rooms are pet friendly but there are only a few rooms that actually are...luckily they had one left. Upon checkout the lady didn't want to give me receipt bc I booked through Expedia ???? It was like pulling teeth to get a receipt, no joke. Nice stay but clearly more communication between booking options and the hotel is needed. I would absolutely stay again.

Heres my very honest review. This was our third stay at this hotel. The first time was fine. Second time there was someone who appeared to be living/hanging out in the bushes outside the hotel area. It was unnerving but it was our last day there so juat let it go. This time when we pulled in tjere were people with masks over their faces appearing to be panhandling near the hotel. Then once it got light out saw 2 people again hanging out in the trees very close to where our room was. Once they noticed us see them, they left. We decided to call it a day and check out that day. Went to the manager/person on duty to report what we saw and that we didnt feel safe and that we were checking out and going somewhere else. She would not issue any refund or credit and honestly didnt seem.tp care that there were people hanging around the hotel like this. So warning people on this review. Also room had horrible cigarette smell for a place that is "non smoking"
