Als ich ankam lag bei denen keine Reservierung vor, obwohl ich vor Monaten reserviert und Bestätigung erhalten habe. In der Bestätigung stand keine telefonische Rückbestätigung nötig aber war nicht der Fall. Übrigens so viele Ausrede von „Geschäftsführung „ statt eine Entschuldigung hat mich sehr geärgert.

Güzel bir otel

Ufak tefek eksiklikler hariç çok güzeldi. Örneğin odalarda minibuzdolabı ve aynanın olmaması gibi. Otel yetkilileri oldukca ilgililerdi. Tekrar dikili tatili için tercihim Akçay otel olacaktır.

3 Gün Öncesinden Hotels.com üzerinden ödememi yapmama rağmen otele gittiğimde yer yok diyerekten otele almadılar. Gece Karakollarda şikayet dilekçeleriyle geçti. Aklı olan bu otele gitmesin. Git / Gel + otel ücreti 1000 TL üzerinde zarar ettim.
