Staff was very friendly and helpful but our keys did not work about 90 % of the times we tried them. We had them changed out and they still didnt work so one of us had to stay in the room pretty much the whole time or we could be potentislly locked out. Room was clean enough and great access for our little dogs needs so that was a plus.
