Bonjour, Merci d'avoir pris le temps d'évaluer notre résidence. Nous sommes navrés du désagrément causé par l'alarme. Il faut parfois un peu de temps pour évaluer la situation, s'il y a danger ou non, et régler le problème. La plupart du temps dû à un non respect des règles de sécurité tel que quelqu'un qui fume dans une chambre. Nous espérons vous recevoir à nouveau, cette fois-ci sans alarme incendie.
