We were at hotel between 13-18 September not 12-17 September lıke ındıcated ın your records. First of all the property s location was very good. Food and beach was ıncredıble. Service and personell was perfect. Bed and room was very good. Cleanleness has to be ımproved. But in all ıt was an ıncredıble experıence.

ExperiĂȘncia com tudo incluĂ­do. O quarto era amplo, a cama grande e confortĂĄvel e tinha varanda. Na praia havia bebidas disponĂ­veis e pizza durante a tarde pelo menos para os clientes. Espreguiçadeiras incluĂ­das. O buffet era variado e com qualidade mas provavelmente para quem nĂŁo aprecia comidas mais tĂ­picas pode nĂŁo gostar. NĂŁo era o mais limpo na troca de individuais no restaurante, jĂĄ que viravam ao contrĂĄrio e servia o prĂłximo cliente. NĂŁo falam de todo inglĂȘs e o que falam Ă© mau. Esse Ă© sem dĂșvida um obstĂĄculo que nĂŁo deveria existir num hotel destes. Mesmo no spa, explicando e apontando tudo enganaram se nos tratamentos por nĂŁo falarem InglĂȘs. Acabam a pedir gorjeta para muitas coisas.

Le sĂ©jour s’est bien passĂ© rien Ă  dire sur l’hĂŽtel une seule chose Ă  rĂ©clamer je n’ai pas compris pourquoi la femme de mĂ©nage s’est enfermĂ©e dans ma chambre normalement la porte doit rester ouverte lors du nettoyage dans les hĂŽtels du monde entier.
