Old house of 180 meters completely renovated in 2008 for 8-10 people 800 m from Treuil Beach and 1 km from Dolus (all shops), with exposed stones, old doors, comprising on the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen , a large living room 50 m2, and a dining room-living room 48 m2 with bay windows overlooking the enclosed garden, 1 separate WC and a large bathroom, a 140-bed room overlooking the enclosed garden + a garage and upstairs: a bathroom, an independent WC and 3 bedrooms (room 1: 140 bed, room 2: 90 beds, room 3: 120 old bed). more sofa bed and 2 baby beds floor in the large bedroom. Half term get away

Beautiful idyllic property. Perfect for a group of friends. The property is located in walking distance to a beautiful quiet beach. Short drive from the supermarket and local town centre. Needed to pay a cleaning fee on arrival, although we kept the property clean and left it exactly as we found it, so there was little cleaning for the host to do. Also, a damages deposit has to be left with host on arrival and is returned at the end of the stay. Owner doesnt speak any English, but using Google translate supported the conversation. Overall, would definitely return.

2 week family holiday

Room for 3 families. Adequate kitchen 2 large fridges. Downstairs air con only. Upstairs gets very hot. No fans provided. No bedding or duvets but blankets/french pillows provided. Matress`s very comfortable covered in plastic sheeting. Ceilings creak. Fronts directly onto a slightly busy road in a rural location it is non the less quiet and peacefull surrouded by pretty scenary of fields and quiet lanes. Fabulous location 5 mins to beach with rock pools when tide out ,great for families old and young. Aprox 2kms next beachs are surfing beaches. Tuille beach is still the preferred! Good sandy beach backed by sand dunes and when the tide is right out exposing rock pools and flat sand to play on. Only thing to watch out for is the jelly fish but the brown ones are not dangerous. lovely holiday destination. Barbeque in garden and sun loungers/parasols. Owner only speaks french. Dolus has boulangerie and small supermarket. Take back roads to St pierre (all supermarkets) to avoid traffic. We would recommend this property and think a great shame that they have not included more accurate photographs of both the inside and outside of the property. It is an old farm house and there are lots of lovely things like good china ect in the french cabinets and ornaments. We obviously avioded using this as we had toddlers and had to move lots of things away. The garden is perfect in size and safe for small children. Would be very happy to return to this property for another holiday. .

Il y a de beaux volumes pour loger à plusieurs.L'accès à la plage en vélo prend 5 minutes.Il ne manque rien dans le gîte, seul un detail est à noter, la table du salon est un peu petite pour 10 et elle est trop haute.

Très bon séjour à Tartifume : nous avons apprécié le grand espace du rez-de-chaussée ( 2 espaces salon-séjour ) idéal pour 7 adultes ( ou deux familles).La chambre du bas n'est pas la plus agréable en hiver et les salles d'eau sont un peu petites.Comptez 90/100 de chauffage en plus pour la semaine mais chaleur agréable, nous avons eu bien chaud.Très bon rapport qualité/prix

Hébergement conforme à l’annonce.Belle maison, spacieuse et agréable, avec confort et « commodités »(lave vaisselle,lave linge…).Places pour voiture toute proche. Quelques petits détails à améliorer (table de salle à manger peu adaptée a des adultes de grande taille par exemple).Année hélas avec beaucoup de moustiques sur l’ensemble de l’île.

Schöne Insel

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Es ist ein großes Haus für maximal 8 erwachsene Personen. Uns haben ein paar größere Töpfe gefehlt. Für große, kräftige Personen ist das obere Bad etwas eng. Eine Außendusche im Garten würde das Haus noch aufwerten. Wir hatten 5 Fahrräder mit dabei, die konnten in der Garage abgestellt werden. Man kann die Insel sehr gut mit dem Fahrrad erkunden.

La location est canon mais...

La location est canon... Le rapport qualité/prix est juste parfait. La maison est très bien équipée et est encore plus jolie que sur les photos. On peut y vivre facilement sans se marcher dessus même avec un temps de tempête. J'hésite à revenir une prochaine mais l'amabilité, la prévenance et la cordialité lors de mes échanges avec les propriétaires m'ont convaincue que non! Après si vous faites abstraction, très belle maison.

Excellentes vacances à Oleron

Bon accueil de Liliane et Jean François qui nous ont même invité à visiter leur distillerie familiale! La maison est tout confort, bien équipée et vraiment bien située. Il faut juste penser à prendre ses draps et serviettes. La proximité de la route ne nous a en rien dérangé. La facture elec et ménage à compter en plus du loyer globale. Mais au final, nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Nous avons passée une bonne semaine de vacances malgré quelques points négatifs : seulement 2 petites salles de bain peu fonctionnelles et certaines literies très médiocres. L’accès à la plage à pied est faisable mais la route n’étant pas aménagée pour les piétons c’est dangereux. La maison est confortable et spacieuse ! Le jardin est également très agréable et clos.

La maison est suffisamment spacieuse pour 10, elle est a 10min en vélo de la plage et des commerces. la proximité de la route ne nous a pas gêné. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et arrangeants, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Nous recommandons cet hôte.
