Our house is 800 m from the sea. Our garden of 500 M2 raised and shaded will bring you the necessary comfort near the swimming pool, with a barbecue for the fences. It has three bedrooms, a large living room, a functional kitchen, and two bathrooms (a shower and a bath for the little ones), as well as all the comforts of your home such as wifi, dishwasher, washing machine. We want you to feel at home, quiet, away from crowds and traffic. Front parking will allow you to park up to three vehicles. The bike path passes the house, very convenient to reach the beaches or villages safely. For you swimming in the pool or at sea, fishing and hiking on our beautiful beaches Oleron
