Holiday Home in Donsö

On the cozy, car-free archipelago island Donsö, just south of Gothenburg, you will find this traditional wooden house with magical sea views, large terrace all around and just 150 meters to the coast and jetty. The island of Donsö has a bridge connection to the also car-free neighboring island of Styrsö, which offers beautiful hiking and biking trails around the island. Donsö is reached by passenger ferry from Gothenburg Salthomen, where it leaves every hour. Here you live directly in the charming archipelago. The holiday home offers three living levels: on the ground floor kitchen with beautiful dining area with sea views through large picture windows, living room with TV, sofa and two armchairs and a bedroom with double bed (180 cm). In the attic there are two more bedrooms, one with a narrower double bed (2x 70 cm) and a private balcony for the morning coffee, the second with a single bed (90 cm) and a smaller sofa bed (120 cm). In total there are five beds in beds and one on a sofa bed. In the basement floor of the house shower, bath, washing machine and dryer and a second toilet are housed. The house is almost half framed by a 75 m2 terrace area with garden furniture and barbecue. There is also a small lawn and some rocks on the property. Take a seat outside and have a nice cup of coffee while watching the boat traffic! From Donsö a bridge leads over to Styrsö. There is a cozy guesthouse and several restaurants, playgrounds and tennis courts. Explore the other islands by skerry boat. The house owner is happy to give tips for a stopover on Vrångö, as there are very beautiful beaches. But also on the spot on Donsö there is a lot to discover, including an attractive swimming shore with diving tower at Lökholmen, only about 800 m from the house.
