As soon as we arrived our room wasn't available. Once going through the hoops the room that was available was filthy dirty. Went back to the front desk and got a refund. Waiting for that to be completed by our bank as well. This place is not recommended by our choice at all.

We were very pleased with this experience. Room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pet friendly with large field for dog to run around. Sparkling pool. Everything was great! Will definitely book another room in the future.

Well first off the room smelled like someone died in it and the bed coverings had blood stains all over them and the bed spelled of piss, the shower never got hot so i had to take a cold shower and my wife got harassed by the mexicans living here everytime she went outside, very unpleasant situation, wish i could have gotten a refund

Sketchy and not kept up

My husband and I stayed at this location for almost 2 weeks. We changed rooms multiple times, with each room having issues. From leaks, to clogged drains, springy mattresses, arguing neighbors, barking dogs, inoperable TV’s and air conditioners…we’ve experienced it all in those 2 weeks.

Just get rid of the bugs & everything will be grea

ALL ROOMS NEED TO BE CHECKED AND SPRAYED FOR BUGS. I FEEL THINGS CRAWLING AND BITING ON ME. THE SHEETS AND PILLOWS ARE NOT FULLY CLEANED, HAVE BURN HOLES IN THE COVERS. PLEASE STOP ALLOWING ANIMALS TO STAY CAUSE THERE ARE FLEAS & BED BUGS IN MAJORITY OF THE ROOMS. I NEVER SLEEP COMFORTABLY BUT I LIKE THE SERVICE & POOL. PLEASE CLOSE DOWN & SPRAY ALLLL OF THE ROOMS FOR UNWANTED PEST.
