A secluded and private outdoor living area including an outdoor fire pit that is perfect for entertaining or just relaxing. You can watch the Canadian geese or swans play on the river from the deck and enjoy beautiful sunrises .
This wonderfully maintained one level home has three bedrooms, boasting new pillow top mattresses. There is also a comfy Living Room with a working wood burning historic fireplace, and HDTV. Cable televisions, wireless internet, and DVD players are included. Windows in the great room let in loads of natural light and panoramic view of the river.
When it’s time to re-energize, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a hearty meal. Kitchen boost stainless steel appliances, eat in kitchen with separate dining area. Large open floor plan with all new flooring. Cook out on the backyard’s gas grill and eat on the sunny back deck.
Property a joins Wade’s Bayou Park where you can put in a kayak or rent one. Boat lunch nearby.
