The hotel room was clean and newly renovated. The view out the small window though was awful - derelict parking lot and stuff. The hotel lobby is lovely and inviting and the staff was superb. The food in the hotel's bar was reasonably priced for the area. Shopping is literally behind the hotel and the beachfront is right there. I did however feel that some of the staff did not speak fluent English and the hallways were in the middle of renovation which made them ugly and sad looking. There was no room number on the door either. There were comprehension errors on the menu and signs in the building. One sign in the shower asked you to "put the curtain in the shower" when they meant the rubberized mat to keep you from slipping. I would stay again.

Firstly I got a email day before asking for my check in time and details which I gave. Only to find out when I get there the hotel is now a Hilton and the info I got was old. Room was clean and comfy. Hotel is semi-fancy. Quite worn in places but had a lick of pain to freshen up. Loved balcony room overlooking water. Disgusted I wasn’t told about breakfast and then I paid for it and I was told it would have been cheaper if I booked with reception. A lot of the staff didn’t really know what they were doing. On a whole, room was great, staff less so. I’d expect more from a Hilton hotel.
