I cannot comment on breakfast as I had to leave at 4.30am.
This is the 2nd time I have stayed here and they are very good and nice. However this is also the second time I have been moved due to the heating/Aircon not working properly.
I can't be sure but it might even have been the same room, certainly in the vicinity.
However I called reception he came so quickly I barely had time to put my trousers on😄.
He was very nice but couldn't figure out and so immediately offered me another room, which was an upgrade too.
I can't complain about anything, however it would have been better not to have to move.
When I arrived there were steps to the left of the door, which the very friendly maintenance man apologised for. I said there was no need as it was convenient as it gave me somewhere to rest the dogs bowl while I entered I was glad of it.
The point being is was there a fault they knew about and was it the same room from 2 years ago with the same problem?
I really don't know, if so that would be disappointing.
However I really can't complain excellent all round.😊
