The gentleman who greeted us was attentive and friendly. Cleanliness was good with what they had to work with. The smell of damp was overwhelming, we could smell it on our clothes some hours after leaving. 100% not a 3* venue, 2* on a good day.

Value for money. No frills but great service. Close to town center and castle. Breakfast was minimal but you do get a 24/7 mini kitchen.
