Check in was horrible, prepaid for room. Got to property was told I needed to pay again. Front desk clerk did not attempt to contact Expedia for payment verification. I had to spend 45 minutes in my car with Expedia assisting trying to call to verify payment. Finally Expedia asked me to go back in and tell the clerk use the digital card. At that time she let me know oh she got it and saw the payment. No apologies for the inconvenience just a smirk on her face. The breakfast is nothing but bagels, cereal etc. across the street a Best Western you get a full hot breakfast I will go there and not spend my money at Microtel again.

At the end of our stay while getting dressed , we saw a roach climbing up the wall. We videotaped it and called to the front desk the front desk took approx 15 minutes to come upstairs . The roach was still on the ceiling. The staff that responded acted as if it wasn’t a big deal. They stated they have pest control come out once a month. They told me the manager would call me, but I haven’t heard anything. I would NOT recommend this property.
