Einrichtung: Die Ausstattung ist ok; 2 Stühle mit Tisch, 2 Einzelbetten, eine Schreibtisch-TV Kombination und ein Schrank. Die Möbel sind nicht hochwertig aber funktional und sehen nicht abgenutzt aus. Bad ist mit ca. 3 m2 (!) sehr klein. Sauberkeit: Für uns gerade noch akzeptabel. Der Zimmer-Teppich hat schon einige Flecken. Als wir das Zimmer bezogen, fanden wir einen Ohrstöpsel auf dem Boden. Dieser lag 2 Tage später immer noch dort. Personal: Sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Z.B. haben wir an der Rezeption eine 2-te Decke bestellt, die gleich darauf aufs Zimmer gebracht wurde. Auch im Frühstücksraum war das Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück: Es gab eine gute Auswahl an Wurst, Käse, Salaten, Joghurts etc. Hier hat sich aus meiner Sicht als einziges der 4-Sterne-Standard gezeigt. Sonstiges: Das Zimmer hatte keine Minibar/Kühlschrank, keinen Tresor (beides auch nicht als Ausstattung aufgeführt); auf dem Flur roch es sehr modrig, was uns auch zu einer Beschwerde bei der Rezeption bewegte; Der Kosmetikspiegel im Bad hing nur noch nach unten; Dusche nur in der Badewanne, Heizung im Bad nur mit „Abtauchen“ unter den Waschtisch und mit Hilfe einer Taschenlampe bedienbar/einstellbar. Der Fernseher war mit allen Regionalsendern hintereinander versehen, so dass man z.B. 5 mal hintereinander den WDR findet (auch nur eine Kleinigkeit, aber…). Fazit: Ein gutes Hotel mit einigem Potential zur Verbesserung. Ich sehe das Hotel eher in der 3*-Kategorie würde hier nicht 4* vergeben.

Praktisch für Autoreisende.

Pros: Lage nahe der Autobahn
Cons: Besserer Service in der Bar (nach 22:30 ist die Kaffeemaschine ausgeschaltet etc.)
Location: siehe oben
Gute Tiefgarage, bequeme Zufahrt zur Autobahn. Der Service in der Bar könnte besser sein. Praktisches Hotel, aber den internationalen Standard eines 4-Sterne-Hotels erfüllt es nicht.

Pros: Sehr gepflegt
Location: Umgebung bietet nichts, da außerhalb gelegen, zwar Bus-Anschluss, aber eigener Pkw vom Vorteil, wenn nicht am Abend das Parkplatzproblem wäre
Parkplätze am Abend belegt Störend: lautes Türenzuschlagen auf dem Parkplatz durch nachtaktive Gäste

Helpful Staff

We were late check-in and made mistake in our reservation. The receptionist kindly managed the problem. Also we had late dinner at the restaurant inside of the hotel. Even it was almost the closing hours, the staffs were kindly welcomed us and served until we finish. It was one of the best dinner we've ever had!
