I stay at a lot of hotels throughout Sask, Alta, and Man for my kids sports. This hotel by far has the most friendly, outgoing, helpful staff I have ever encountered. From the lady at the front desk letting us know where and what things to do around the area while promoting local at the same time, to the lady at breakfast taking our plates, to making balloon swords for kids! What a lovely touch! Keep up the awesome service team!

The staff at this hotel was extremely nice and friendly. The lady at check was kind and offered ideas for our stay. The lovely lady in the breakfast area was the highlight of the stay. She always welcomed us with a smile, made sure there was more than enough food for everyone to have. You never had to wait on anything she was always on top of everything. She brought our kids dinosaur stickers and that made their day. The only issue we had was with garbage not being taken out.

Hotel was clean, but very dated. Pillows and sheets could really use an update. Staff was friendly and breakfast was fresh and offered enough of a varied to satisfy even the pickiest of eaters. It was okay and worked for an overnight stay as we attended a concert in a near by town and didnt want to drive the 2 hours to get home late at night.

Was a little disappointed that there was no pool or hottub. But it was nice to see that there was a "game" room with ping pong along with a couch and tv for people to gather and converse. Also the first floor having doors to lead to the outside of the room was convenient. Room was clean, except the tub and faucet needing a good scrub. Good experience. Would stay again if I was in Three Hills.

We had such a wonderful stay! The check-in process was quick and seamless, and our room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. Every staff member we interacted with was amazing, but I especially want to recognize the lovely lady working at breakfast—her kindness and attention to detail made our mornings extra special. A big shout-out as well to the two ladies at the front desk in the afternoon and evening (sorry I didn’t catch your names!). Your friendliness and warm welcome truly made us feel at home and elevated our entire experience. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable—we’ll definitely be back!

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were nice and clean, the beds were comfy and spacious. The buffet breakfast was wonderful and had many choices to choose from. The woman that was looking over the breakfast area was very attentive, friendly and did a wonderful job! Would highly recommend staying here!
