The hotel itself was very good customer service and amazing housekeeping. The staff was always helpful, the rooms are nice and clean. The only thing I would say we didn’t enjoy was the location. My husband and I had a very pleasant stay at Ciel Hotel Dubai. The overall experience was smooth, comfortable, and truly enjoyable.
