We booked a room advertised as having two king beds and a sofa bed, but were given a room with two small double beds instead. When we raised the issue, the hotel falsely insisted these were king beds — even though that’s clearly not the case. It’s disappointing that a reputable brand like Holiday Inn would stand by an inaccurate room description rather than address the concern honestly. The listing does not reflect the actual room provided, and guests should be aware that the “two king beds” category appears to be misleading. Also, the shower had a clogged drain and was out of the shower gel in the dispensers. Not a great way to start a stay after a long flight.

Hotel staff is very helpful and nice also the breakfast is very good but if you arrive late and depending the hotel shuttle it’s not too reliable I want for more than 45 minutes at 2 am so a decided to take a taxi.
