Very poor operations, humiliating to bring executive guests to the property. Said they’d get their quote lounge available. Then just before my guests arrived couldn’t keep up their end of the offer. Let me get humiliated in front of my CEO guests as they could put some minor food and beverage charges to my room. 🙄
