Conveniently located close to the either DMCC and Sobha Realty Metro and the Tram stations. Close proximity to Marina Mall and Marina restaurants making it ideal to walk. What a terrible place, dirty, run down just terrible. The carpet in the hallway’s leading to the room looked like a crime scene with all the stains. We were supposed to stay two nights but could just make it one night as we were bitten by bed bugs or something in the horrible dirty carpets everywhere.

Very bad stay at Radisson

I paid extra for breakfast for 2 and got to know that this only includes one egg or a croissant. There was no buffet breakfast as advertised on hotels.com. I was also charged 1 night's rate at 11 AM on the day of check in. How can you charge the card when your check in only opens at 3 PM??? I need that 1 night refunded back to my credit card account ASAP since my client (who was the one I booked for) already paid for all 4 nights. Also, he cancelled the breakfast for the balance 3 days so he also needs a refund of the required amount ASAP.

Friendly check-in experience. Helpful porters. 1 bedroom suite was corporate but clean and comfortable. Very central location for Marina shopping and metro. Didn’t use the amenities so can’t comment there. Would recommend and would stay again.
