Fabulous all inclusive beach front resort with three pools (two heated) and an onsite water park. The dining experience across breakfast, lunch and dinner was exceptional. The range of western, arabic, indian, and italian cuisines available for lunch and dinner were matched with authentic tastes. The desserts were of good quality, of which the warm desserts (blueberry crumble, apple crumble, dates pudding) were some of the best I have had. The cooked breakfasts were made to order. All inclusive cocktails were made nicely with good spirits rather than cheap paint strippers. Short queues at the beach bars which enhanced the experience.

Beautiful hotel, clean room, lots of good drinks. Although the food was not to my liking but with Gods help I managed. Also in the dining room some of the staff ignored me and would pass by me and would go to other tables. when I needed water, tea and my plate to be removed I needed to get their attention every time which was exhausting. After that I felt safe there and the cleaning, front desk and security staff were nice.
The cleaning staff made this for me 🥰🥰🥰

Everything was horrible. The staff was very rude at reception, dining, and detail store. The room was dirty, the linens were poor quality the bed was so hard it was not possible to sleep on. The floor was sticky and smelled like it had been mopped with dirty water. The door to the room did not lock. The hallways did not have air conditioning. The dining options were very basic and poor quality food.
