We had a great stay in a premium club room and really enjoyed both the room and the lounge. Additionally, the hotel has a great central location in Dubai so was very conveniently located near the Dubai mall, Burj Khalifa and the city in general. Most significantly, we would like to extend a special "thank you" to Erika and Archel for their hospitality during our stay. We arrived in Dubai early in the morning after a long red-eye flight and Erika and Archel seamlessly checked us in early and took care of holding onto and then coordinating getting our luggage to our room. And since we arrived early and very tired, they even arranged for us to utilize a spare guest room for a few hours to rest while we waited for our room to be ready. Their great service is why we have long been huge fans of Shangri-La and have stayed at many of your locations throughout the world. Thank you for making our stay so relaxing and effortless!

I had an exceptional experience at the Shangri-La Hotel in Dubai. From the moment we arrived, the service stood out—every staff member, from reception to the restaurant team, was warm, attentive, and genuinely hospitable. We were greeted by Khodarahm, he’s an absolute asset to the hotel, full of life and cheers you up! One of the touches I appreciated most was the hotel’s use of WhatsApp to check in on us throughout our stay; it made communication easy and made us feel truly looked after. Breakfast was another highlight. The selection was impressive, and the chefs went above and beyond by remembering exactly what we liked and having it ready each morning. It’s rare to receive that level of personalized attention. Our room was always cleaned to perfection, adding even more comfort to the stay. The location couldn’t be better—central, convenient, and close to many of Dubai’s top attractions. We hired a car to get around and the you can valet park your car here for free if you’re a guest and even the valet staff were brilliant. If you’re staying here, make sure to visit the viewing platform at the hotel. The view of Dubai’s skyline is absolutely stunning and not to be missed. I highly recommend Shangri-La Dubai to anyone considering a stay in the city. You will not regret it!
