Good but let down

Great position near the metro and a large suite, overall it was ideal, but let down by 3 things. 1. Breakfast is a disappointment, and you are better off going somewhere like Jones the grocer. 2. The drains in the en-suite bathroom kept letting out a foul smell, and although the management sent maintenance very quickly, it would be fixed for 2 days, then start again. It was only on the 3 attempt that the drainage was replaced and sorted. 3. The route to the entrance is through the multistory car park and all local taxis seem to have no idea how to find the entrance, which caused delays.

In front of metro station. Dubai mall next station. Coffee shop and fast food chains open 24 hours. From our balcony, we had complete view of Burj Khalifa and Shaikh Zahid Road. Nice kitchen and laundry in suite. Nice breakfast. Only issue calling Uber or taxi, the pick up location shows next to train station, but the lobby is on back side.

My stay at this hotel was really good, the staff were extremely helpful and really lovely. Every morning the staff would greet us and assist any way they could. The rooms are really big and their were tvs in each room as well as the front room. It was exceptionally clean and I really appreciated that the hotel would restock our water bottles each day. I appreciate that Vilma helped our with our checkin on the first day and was super kind and helpful. Cannot fault anything, definitely recommend. Also it’s located really well besides a tube station as well as having taxis available at every minute.
