In accordance with Decree No. (17) of 2013 a guest staying at hotels, resorts, hotel apartments, guesthouses, budget hotels, floating hotels, holiday homes, and other hotel establishments as specified by the Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing, will be charged the Tourism Dirham Fee for each night of occupancy of a room at a Hotel Establishment. AED 10 ($3) which would be collected at the time of check-in.

As per UAE law starting from 1st of January 2018 there will be 5% VAT (value added tax) implemented in addition to the tourism fees, which would be collected at the time of check-in.

• Smoking on balconies only with doors closed.
• Cleaning fee: AED 2000 if smoke is detected inside.

4) Pets
• By prior approval only. Pet fee AED 500 (Pre Approved pets only by request)

5) Noise, Community & Devices
• Respect neighbors & building rules (pool/gym/parking).

6) Keys, Fobs & Parking
• Return all keys/access cards at checkout. Lost items AED 300 to AED500.
• Park only in designated spot.

7) Utilities & A/C Care
• Set A/C between 22 C– 25C. Turn off when away; keep windows/doors closed to prevent humidity/condensation.

8) Cleaning & Checkout
• Mid-stay cleaning available on request AED.200 onwards
• No glitter/confetti.
• Checkout: take trash to garbage shoot on the same floor, load/rinse dishes, return moved furniture, leave used towels in the bathroom.

9) Safety
• No open flames/candles; no charcoal BBQs on balconies.
• Watch children on balconies; do not tamper with smoke/CO detectors.
• Report hazards/leaks immediately to 997

10) Damage & Deposits
• You’re responsible for any damage beyond normal wear. Costs may include materials, labor, and an admin fee
• A damage protection plan of AED 220 is applicable

11) Prohibited / Legal
• No illegal substances or activities. Breach may result in immediate termination without refund and may incur fines per UAE law.

12) Deliveries & Mail
• We don’t receive personal mail; deliveries are at guest’s risk.
