I rated you this rating because at 11:30 PM the fire alarm went off(it was loud which it should be), then it went off. I didn't know what to do, so I called the front desk. It took awhile to answer the phone, once they did they informed me that it was a false alarm. they inform me that a heater was turn on for the first time and it set the alarm off. After that it took me awhile to fall a sleep again. I believe they should have called your guest and explain what happened. I should have not been the one to call. Mind you I am disable and it would have taken me a little longer to get out.

DO NOT STAY HERE, stay at the days inn. This hotel is so run down and not kept up at all. I would not waste your time. Chipped paint, dirty and burned sinks, scarey at night. TV remote did not work, dirty sheets with blood on them and I just would not recommend at all. Booked a week, and left the next day.

Reserved a non-smoking room through Expedia but was assigned a smoking room upon arrival. Hotel staff changed the bedspreads and put a deodorizer machine in the room, but it made no difference.

I moved a pillow on one of the beds when I arrived and found a live german roach. I took pictures of it and then killed it and took it to the front desk the next morning at checkout in a tissue. The front desk clerk said I'd have to contact Expedia since I booked my reservation with them.
