The breakfast buffet was reasonably priced, and the selection was massive. Be sure to pay at the reception for the meal because it’s three dollars less than at the restaurant.

Hotel was in great location and easy to access main areas, however if you go the wrong street it was very dirty, so keep t main streets. On the whole staff were the very friendly and helpful. The exception was a lady on the bar who shouted at me to get out from behind the bar when I wasn't, I had learnt over to see what tea was available and was conscious not to step behind the var, I did explain this to her and was shouted at again not to go behind the bar. Needless to say I wasn't going to be spoken to like that so left the bar and never went back. However this was the only person that was rude and unprofessional everyone else was lovely and it was nice hotel to stay at.

Very clean hotel and room. Huge breakfast area with lots of items to choose from. Clearly they have a lot of guests stay at this hotel, and they manage it all very well. The staff are very helpful. I would stay here again. Ideal location to many stores and restaurants, LUAS tram immediately out front, O'Connel street nearby which is the starting point for many hop-on-off buses, and Connolly train station a 10 min walk away.

Very convenient location for airport bus, day tour busses and city bus/tram. I was traveling alone and did not feel unsafe walking from hotel to Upper O’Connell day or night. There are still some renos going on in the hotel lobby but it did not affect my stay. My room was very clean, with crisp white bedding. The bed was a little hard but after a long day exploring I had no trouble sleeping. If breakfast is included with your rate and you have to leave early before breakfast starts, you can order a packed one to take out. I appreciated this as I had a few early morning tours. I would definitely stay here again.
Stop for the airport bus is a 2 minute walk from the front door of the hotel!

Perfect location to walk almost everywhere. A grocery store across the street- convenient to grab bottled water etc for the room (get just two bottles in rm). Clean room & comfy & staff helpful in giving directions. Highly recommend Leonardo Hotel on Parnel Street!
