The hotel was very convenient across rom the train station and buses. The staff was very helpful, the room was clean. The bar/bistro connected had great food, drinks, and a wonderful staff. I recommend Sean the bartender!! My only issue was the keys to get into the room and elevator, if you put it next to your phone or watch it would disconnect it and it was a pain. But besides that 5 stars all the way!

Booked a family room, but it wasn't available due to maintenance. They gave us 2 interconnected rooms which actually worked out better and offered us free breakfast as an apology, so very happy. Breakfast was ok, lovely setting, decent selection but we were there 10mins after breakfast started and the hot food was all a bit overcooked. Service was a bit slow when we couldn't find tea spoons and the girls at the front were too busy chatting. Very friendly staff overall, and lovely hotel. Amazing location

Great food.

Interesting intro to this hotel - we were given 3 keys but didn’t realize we would need to use all three keys at different points throughout entering our hotel room. Instructions weren’t given for this. Thankfully another hotel guest was able to assist. Unique quirks in the room - wished there was also explanations for this. Very confusing as first time guests. However, the restaurant was amazing!

I’ve stayed at the Address Connolly five times in recent years. I’ve always been pleased with the stylishly updated and quiet rooms, the 24 hour gym, the accommodating staff, and the Club amenities. But, this stay was particularly excellent. The housekeeping was excellent, the front desk was helpful with my business needs, and the amenities were impeccably maintained. Kudos for this well-priced luxury experience!
