Room was really lovely, great bed, shower etc. The only downside was it was really hot at night and we could get the air con to go low enough. There weren’t any decaffeinated complimentary beverage options which was a bit disappointing. The spa was really lovely but on the last day we were there (Saturday) it was looking and smelling pretty dirty by the afternoon. The hot tub was filthy and had smears of black gunk around the edges and the floor was really dirty. Overall we were happy with our stay but the reception staff were quite rude and the overall cleanliness of the spa lets the hotel down. For the price I think there’s a lot they could improve on.

The room was nice and had a King bed. The only issue was the automatic sliding door for the bathroom, as it kept opening and closing randomly when in use. Use of the Thermal Spa was the highlight of the stay. Very close and walkable to the main city sights.

Excellent hotel overall, liked the bar and breakfast at the restaurant. It only suffers from unnecessary automation; room curtains that open automatically when you may not want them to, and the silly motorized bathroom sliding door. Good climate control in room. Very convenient for walking around Temple bar, city center area.

Wonderfully professional staff! Probably the best accessible bathroom I've ever seen for those who need that. Only complaint was the room was warm. The thermostat wasn't working too well for those who enjoy a cooler room.
