I've travelled all over the world, and this is one of the best stays I've had anywhere. Everything was flawless, from the room to the service. I loved every minute of my stay and would stay again in a heartbeat.
Martin was very helpful and friendly at reception. The restaurant staff was also great. Recommend the breakfast upon arrival especially if itâs a sunny day. Great atmosphere.
This is a great hotel but my âafter check outâ experience has been far less than satisfactory. While at the hotel everything was faultless - could not have been happier. However the hotel charges (not holds) a âŹ100 deposit they state is refunded on check out. At check out I was advised this would occur. However I was not refunded the full amount despite no consumption of any mini bar items during my stay. I have reached out to the hotel twice to seek to understand the reason and have received no response. This has really left a negative feel. Itâs robbery when there is no justification for charges and no one at the hotel seems to want to liars with me. Beware!!
It was my second time staying here. If you love beautiful spaces, art, amazing food then this is your place. About a 15 min walk to Grafton and Temple bar areas. Has great pubs and restaurants only a 5-10 min walk away. Highly recommend!
Iâd have liked it to be a bit closer to the shopping but otherwise it was a lovely room, nicely decorated with everything you would expect - and a Japanese toilet to boot, which was a first. The staff were friendly and informative. Overall it could not be faulted.
I was so looking forward to staying at this hotel for my birthday and enjoying the facilties.
We could not reserve the times we wanted in either the bar or rooftop. The bar was closed for a private event all evening.
We were advised that our room would be guaranteed by 3pm. On arrival at reception it wasnt and were were switched rooms. The decor in the room is beautiful and has all the mod cons but it was tiny. Just enough room to walk around the bed.
The said private event had really loud music and a dj. The vibrations were literally pumping into our room. For the cost of the room and the lack of priority for guests, I unfortunately could not recommend this hotel. We checked out and left at 9.30am. I am so disappointed and wish i had chosen elsewhere.
Wonderful stay at this new boutique hotel within walking distance to the main attractions. The hotel is beautifully decorated throughout. The staff (particularly Merton!) are really helpful, polite, and welcoming. The room was absolutely spotless (thank you, Larissa, for your great attention to detail!), and the bed was one of the comfiest I have ever slept it. The breakfast is delicious, and is served in a lovely setting. The gym is also great - small, but definitely big enough and with plenty of weights, which is often rare in hotels. I cannot imagine anywhere better to stay if we are lucky enough to come back to Dublin!
