This is our second time staying at the Wren. Staff is friendly and helpful. We were allowed to check in a little early. This hotel is a gem! Some of the best hotel staff I've experienced. They really go out of their way to accommodate their guests. If you are staying in Dublin, please consider this hotel!

The room was so compact, but I didn't care and preferred the sustainable feature. For people like me, it's a very nice option with a convenient location and minimal and sufficient services.

Despite the small rooms ,the layout was efficient and functional . Employees were very helpful. The lounge area was inviting and pleasurable experience. Breakfast Buffet was mediocre.

Great location, steps from great shopping, bars and restaurants. Staff were no great, didn't seem helpful. The pillow was truly terrible, hard and no shape. I asked for an alternate pillow option and was told there were no other options. Check in staff were borderline rude. Breakfast was really good, food was delicious, not a big range of coffee/tea options. Rooms are small but perfect. Hotel was quiet for the location.

This property was AMAZING!! It was clean, cozy, safe, and in a very practical area that was convenient and easy to walk to popular sites to see. Also around great food options and grocery stores. The staff were amazing and friendly, and I would definitely stay here again! Great experience in Dublin!

New Age hotel for the light traveller

Great find this, modern, the vibe has a hostel vibe with its welcome and its reception is really friendly with a bar that has a holiday vibe. The rooms are compact but that suits the style. As its name suggests it’s a best. A bed with a massive TV wall to wall. I guess it appeals to people on the move. I really like it, Gold Stars

Parking garage issue

Terrible parking garage that’s included. Pay attention to the signs at the parking garage. They have operation hours and actually close the garage for X amount of time in the late evening hours. However the hotel does not note that and we went out to the garage at 4:30am to catch our flight and it was closed. The hotel staff did not help in any way and seemed like they could care less. If it wasn’t for a local person needing to get into the garage, we would have had to rebook our flight because we had no access to getting our car out of the garage. The local called a number and someone had to come open the garage with a cash fee of 40 euro. Being an American, we didn’t have the cash and had to run around looking for an atm.

Brilliant little hotel in the centre of Dublin. Very reasonable price and walking distance to grafton street. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. Quiet at night slept really well
