I checked out early, and a rude employee refused to provide a refund. If you plan to set a laptop in your room, the desk is way too small. Looks like a kindergarten. Breakfast is very basic. Poor. That's how you lose a customer. Never again.

Usefull employees and brand new hotel

We went to Duisburg for an IronMan 70.3, which implies specific deadline to respect. We arrived lately in the night but all the employees were welcoming, helping us by hanging our lugages and offering water. We had specific request like getting a spoon, or very early breakfast : they answered to all we needed. The hotel is brand new, beautiful but people had already destroyed the curtains in our room. The bed was awesome, and the bathroom as big as we need to prepare a race.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit ganz besonderem Flair im Dellviertel in Duisburg. Die Einrichtung des Zimmers und das Bad: top. Klasse: das FrĂŒhstĂŒck. Kostenlose ParkplĂ€tze. Sehr freundliche Menschen im Service. Und eine interessante Mischung bei den GĂ€sten: junge Familien mit Kindern, Businessmenschen, Senioren, GĂ€ste mit Hund. Was will man mehr?! Unerwartet gut. Bestes Preis-Leistungs-VerhĂ€ltnis der letzten 50 Dienstreisen. Sehr viel richtig gemacht. Negatives? FĂŒr mich kein Problem, meine Frau hĂ€tte jedoch nicht schlafen können. Das Haus ist sehr schlecht akustisch isoliert. GerĂ€usche und Trampeln aus allen Ecken zu hören. Ein grober Fehler der Architekten, das Hotel kann es nicht mehr Ă€ndern. Ich komme unbedingt wieder aber eben ohne meine Frau.
