The room was clean and had been updated. The bed was like a board. If you like extra firm, you got it. There was a lot of noise that could be heard from halls. The staff was pleasant. I didn’t like that the key card access to the upstairs room was not operating. The area has some sketchy people around and I would have felt more secure if only hotel guests could come upstairs. Overall, for a discount motel, it was good.

Breanne help me fix an issue with my reservation and gave some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. She didn’t even have to help me because my reservation was through Expedia but she still did. She was absolutely wonderful!

Best hotel staff

Due to last minute change of plans I had to book 2 different reservations. The first night was in a 2 double bed room. The room was clean. But the bedspreads on both beds were stained. Which doesn’t mean they are dirty, but it did creep me out. The beds were very soft and caved in the middle. The second night we stayed in a queen room and that room had a stain free bedspread and the bed was a lot more comfortable. I think that they have renovated recently and are probably doing it in phases. The hotel staff were the most friendly and helpful of any hotel I’ve stayed at. They were funny, and helpful and did more than what they needed to do.

The hotel was overall not very cleanly and in rough shape. We lost power within the half hour of being checked in and didn't get power back until bedtime. Customer service at the front desk was helpful. Our room door barely latched as it had previously been pried open so it did not feel safe at all. We checked out the next morning and couldn't get out of the room as the door door handle wouldn't work. With some work, the handle did finally allow the door to open. We will not be returning to this hotel.

The location is in an industrial area with a lot of traffic and road noise. Didn't always feel comfortable leaving my car in the parking lot. Everything turned out fine during the few nights I stayed there.

This was a convenient location, the room was clean, and it had parking availability. Simple, and exactly what I needed for a place to rest and shower, nothing fancy. Safe, clean, and reasonably priced.

The property was nicely maintained and it was great to see other guests out walking their dogs. The room was very clean and comfortable. The beds were on the stiffer side but for the price it was a very nice place to stay overall. There's definitely been a lot of care put into this hotel recently.
