Room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and had everything we needed. The hotel is located within a fifteen minute walk of Canal Park and is in a quiet neighborhood.

We love this place!

We absolutely love Park Point Marina. This is our third time staying here. This year we stayed five nights, six days; next year we hope to stay longer. Location is great for watching ships. 10 minute walk to the lift bridge or watch them go by your room off the balcony. Nighttime off the balcony is awesome. Breakfast is the best we’ve ever had in a hotel. Waffle makers with all the toppings, eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, sausage, pastries, breads and bagels. S’mores at night and fire table are great. Too tried to go out for dinner? Pizza was good. Staff are friendly. We love the second floor harbor side so we can just walk down to breakfast or to leave and don’t need the elevator. Shhh. Don’t share that secret. lol. We love to walk. Easy walk to town over the bridge. Love to watch the Coast Guard ship from our balcony and listen to revellie as the Coasties raise and lower the flag daily. Highly recommend Park Point Marina!

Our hotel stay was nothing short of amazing. The property was clean ans staff were polite and friendly. We loved our room and the view of the marina. The breakfast buffet was so good and had various menu and drinks. It is now our favorite hotel when we visit Duluth!

My one complaint was the bed was hard. Hardest bed on our 18 day roadtrip. Otherwise a good breakfast, clean hotel, great staff, and great setting.
