THE BEACH SHACK

Looking for a great getaway situated on the beachfront and close to the Lodge of Dundee.

Whether it be for a quiet family getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city, or a week long fishing trip with your mates,

Spectacular views overlooking Fogg Bay, sit back, relax and watch the beautiful top end sunsets whilst enjoying a sun downer on the front veranda.

This 2 bedroom property sleeps 7 comfortably and is fully maintained with:
Bedroom 1 has 1 queen size bed, bedroom 2 has 1 queen size bed and 1 single bed. There is a set of bunks in the living area to sleep an extra two.
Modern kitchen with gas stove, 2 x fridge freezers, chest freezer, microwave, electrical appliances and all the cooking and eating utensils you require to cook up a storm.
The living room has a lounge, TV, table & chairs
The bathroom and toilet are situated inside.
The house is fully air conditioned and has ceiling fans.
A BBQ is situated on the front veranda as well as an outdoor table with stools

Cost is for up to 4 guests with the option of 7, at an extra cost

We allow pets if arranged when booking, but must be kept outside.

Terms and Conditions:
The house rents for $265per night for up to four guests. $25/person per night will be charged for extra guests up to seven.
There is a $400 refundable damage deposit on the property
which is refunded within 7 days after the completion of your stay provided there is no damage above and beyond what is considered normal wear and tear, this will be due with your final payment.

Bookings: 2-night bookings are required on weekends or weekdays and 3-4-night booking for long weekends.
Deposit: A deposit of $265 will be due within 7 days when booking to confirm your booking. Final Payment- Final payment (less deposit) is to be made two weeks prior to your arrival.
Cancellation: Should you need to cancel (for good reasons), we require at least one week prior to the date booked.
Check in time: After 2pm on the day of your arrival.
Check out time: By 10.00am on the day of your departure.
Pets: Pets are welcome, but conditions apply, please ask when booking.
Smoking: No smoking in the house please.
