From the moment we arrived we were impressed by this hotel. Friendly and efficient staff on reception and a lovely room with nice view. Very clean and spacious. Slight gripe about the bed as not as comfortable as the ones in the hotel chain that has a moon in their logo. Breakfast was really good with lots of choice including make your own waffles. Very well laid out breakfast room and food replenished quickly. Overall an excellent stay. Would return next time we are in Dundee as location and carpark suits our needs.

All staff were friendly and courteous slight problem with the bathroom on the first night but when I brought it to the reception team attention it was rectified there and then only criticism I could find is that the parking is quite expensive

Hotel is in a great location, for the price the included breakfast is super value. The rooms are spacious - for our 2 night stay - 2 adult, 2 kids the room space was fine. Only a minor issue for the kids, there is no ability to cast to the TV screen so a very minor inconvenience

Lovely room, comfy beds, sink not comfortable for washing, small sink with large surroundings. Reception staff especially Carla were friendly and very helpful suggesting local restaurants. The only down side to our 2 night stay was the awful breakfast, basic, no options, powered scrambled egg.
