A friendly reminder before you book your stay, is to remember we are trusted to manage independent and family-owned homes. We simply ask that you treat these homes and properties with the same respect that you would expect one to treat yours. Due to a recent uptick in unauthorized guest, pets and gatherings. We are implementing a strict "one strike" policy for any guest that are found having any unauthorized gatherings, pets or guest with them in the home. Failure to disclose any of the stated above will result in immediate termination of stay with no refund being issued for unused nights.

Please note that most properties are outfitted with outdoor security cameras.

Cancellation Policy:
If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that are made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival will receive a 100% refund minus a $250 cancellation fee. Between (29) days and fifteen (15) days before arrival, guest will be refunded 50% of the reservation amount. (14) days or less to arrival, no refunds given.
For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date to receive a 100% refund minus a $250 cancellation fee Cancellations made between thirty one (31) days in advance of your arrival and (59) days will receive a 50% refund.

Trip insurance is available for purchase and is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.

Check in was all automated and super easy. Location is fabulous! Up to date 1BR condo with plenty of space. The extra 1/2 bath made the difference. Host was very responsive. We had a great vacation.

The location is ideal, just a block away from restaurants, coffee houses, train station, etc. Communication with manager also ideal. Three shortcomings that got a bit in our way: there was only a partial roll of toilet paper in each bathroom with no back up so we had to buy some. Ice maker in fridge didn't work. And only one wash cloth for for people. Hence the four stars rather than five.

Perfect location!

Very clean, comfortable condo, super comfy bed. 2 blocks from restauraunts and shops...we walked to really good restaurants all 4 nights of our stay. Best meal was at Chimayo...don't miss it! Owner very accessable although we had zero problems. Highly recommend. The space is much nicer than the photos portray.

We loved this stay. The location was perfect. We could walk every where and it was close to the railroad, great restaurants and shopping and the river walk. The apartment was well stocked, spacious, and very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Great location downtown in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment was very comfortable with lots of space. The pictures don’t do it justice. Good mattress, appliances and internet. Lots of stairs that might limit consideration by some. Overall a very good choice

Felt like a home away from home

Before we even arrived correspondence with the property owners was exceptional. Upon arriving at our rental unit, it was clean and was fully equipped with what we needed to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The property owners were cordial and prompt with any questions we had during our stay. We would defiantly add this property to our list when visiting the Durango Colorado area.

What a fabulous location!

We could walk back and forth so easily… forgot your phone? No worries, you can be back to the condo in less than 10 minutes. Many fun restaurants within minutes. No driving necessary. Loved it!
