You'll be conveniently situated within minutes of local landmarks like Pinkerton Hot Springs and within easy reach of abundant hiking trails throughout the surrounding San Juan National Forest and fishing along the Animas River. The home sits beside the tracks of the Historic Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad, offering a prime vantage point for watching its iconic steam train roll past during one of its tours. You can also drive the 11 miles into town to hop on the train for a ride of your own or just enjoy exploring the historic downtown area.

The space comes well-appointed for ultimate comfort. The deluxe stainless steel kitchen includes a gourmet Viking gas range for culinary inspiration, along with a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
