I stayed here with my 2 children for 4 nights in April 2022. Check in was quick and easy. Parking is in the underground but there were places. Best drop bags off at the front entrance before parking as it's a bit of a distance to walk. The room was excellent and clean. Bedding was of high quality. The bathroom was very new and clean. Good shower etc. In the morning breakfast is served from 7h to 10h30am. A very good range of items to choose from. Only the coffee was not of great quality. Staff failed to keep up with changing crockery/utensils but it wasn't a deal breaker. Best get things yourself. There was an excellent swimming pool. Just avoid Wednesday 18h30 to 19h30 when it is used for a fitness swim event. Otherwise open 08h00 to 21h30. There is a bar - with very slow service. We didn't eat here so can not comment on meals. Unfortunately there was some noise from people outside late at night. I recommend asking for a room facing the front of the hotel. Also some staff foolishy drag chairs or tables around late at night. This creates noise and woke me up each night. I did not use the free wifi. Many comments about this being an old health clinic or hospital but it had no effect on our stay. Services are about 2km away. I consider the hotel a 3 star and not a 4 star facilty. The reception staff were efficient but elsewhere the general service was slow and forgetful. I wasn't the only person to observe this.

ruhiges Hotel mitten in den Weinbergen

Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig mit einer separaten Sitzecke und sehr großem Bad. Leider wurde vergessen das Zimmer zu putzen. Das Schwimmbad war groß und angenehm temperiert. Das Frühstück war vielfältig.

Nettes Hotel in Durbach

Ein nettes Hotel, mit sehr freundlichem Rezeptionspersonal. Wir hatten ein Dreibettzimmer und das war toll, weil es zwei separate Zimmer in einem waren. Das Bad war in Ordnung, bis auf den duschvorhang, der wenig Wasser abhielt, aber intensiven körperkontakt suchte... ;-)

Klasse Hotel

Voldoet aan al onze verwachtingen. Prachtige locatie aan de rand van het Zwarte Woud. Ruim opgezet. Vriendelijk personeel. Royale parkeergarage. Heerlijk ontbijt. Absoluut een aanrader.
